This question fits in the EF forum, but here's the answer:

It's located to the left of the oil pressure switch on the rear of the block. It has 2 wires - Yel/Grn and Blk.

i have a question towards the cooling problems. my gauge cluster says my car is running at 210 degrees. like a idiot i figured there would be pressure there for the cap should spray coolant out. i put a towel over it and opened it. there was no pressure and the coolant should have been boiling but it wasnt. is there a reason my gauge could be giving me the wrong reading from the signal sensor

The temp gauge in the cluster does not give digital read outs. Where does 210F come from?
