Default Em1 wont start, no fuel

I have a problem with my em1 not wanting to start. I recently rebuilt the motor have put about 180 miles and everything worked great. When i got off work one night i was pulling out of the parking lot and the car just died, no check engine light. It ended up starting right up and drove it home. Car sat for 2 days and when i went to start it up couldn't hear the fuel pump prime and car would not start. The IACV was also making clicking sound as soon as you put the ignition to ON (II) and the checking engine light would dimly flash rapidly along with the clicking. Tried to jump the connector to check for cel and it did the same.

I have checked grounds, tested main relay and used a know working one, tried different ecu, replaced the fuel pump. Checked and replaced fuse 44, 13, and 31. If I unplug the iacv and turn the ignition the clicking stops and the check engine doesn't dimly flash. The check engine light comes on for 2 sec and you can hear the fuel pump prime like it should but it still wont start. WHen I try and check for a cel the light doesn't come on the cluster at all.

What else can i try?

^Contradicts idea of no fuel.

Is the CEL bulb burned out?

Is there spark at the plugs?

Rapid clicking and light flashing when starting...have you tried replacing the battery?

Have you checked the ground to the thermostat housing?

I had a similar problem when swapping a motor in my EF.

when the iacv is plugged in the fuel pump doesn't prime, check engine light stays lightly dimmed and I hear a rapid clicking from the iacv. If I unplugged the iacv the fuel pump primes and check engine light turns on for 2seconds and goes off like it should when starting. Not getting any spark at the plugs. Tried a know working distributor, has new wires and plugs.

Yeah that's the first thing I checked. Cleaned up all the grounds.

12.0 V is a low battery.

Bone stock EM1 or mods (list them)?

Have you checked for swapped sensor connectors?

Check engine light bulb is not out because it does light on and off just cant check for cel jumping the service connector. Do obdb2b have blue wire on pin 8 for engine output speed? My harness doesn't have a wire to it. I beleive it gets signal from the ecu?

Get 12v from just battery I know it should be around 14v if car was running but that's my problem. I did check for swapped connectors

With the engine off, a 12.0V reading indicates a low battery . The reading should be ~12.5-12.9V.

Ok.. so imma charge the battery, I did try one off a different car though and it's doing the same thing not sure what voltage that has but it was from my brothers running car. Would low battery cause what seems like an electrical issue though? No spark, fuel pump not priming, iacv clicking and not being able to check cel by jumping service connector. Don't know what else to try?

Ron asked if you had checked for swapped wires ie wrong place. Done connectors fit more than one place. You didn't answer that question.

It's super common and i believe can fry ecus

I wrote that I have checked for swapped wires. Checked the wire color on plugs and everything seems good. Car was running perfectly fine died on me once, drove it home car Sat for 2days and then it just gave me these problems I'm having
