If you have OEM suspension, I would recommend getting new struts also. Otherwise your OEM struts will be blown out in no time. I've heard good things about combining the Eibach Sportlines and the Eibach Pro-Damper kit. It's affordable, gives you a nice stance, and they were designed to work together.

Check the FAQs. There's a massive write-up on suspension setups there.

Also, Koni Yellow + Ground Control

Don't know how people are offering suggestions at all without knowing one single thing about what the OP plans to do with the car or how much he has to spend.

I am running Eibach Sportlines (the red ones) with KYB GR2 struts. It lowered my 98 coupe 1.8", handles really nice and rides like stock almost. I really like this setup for a DD and they perform well on track days.

the best? easy...OEM. Honda Engineers and their huge racing heritage and you know huge motor group designed em, thats good enough for me.

any other categories, racing, looks, etc its a different answer. But best is definitely Honda OEM

Clearly Honda did not develop the best since they had to be economically sensible.

^ best is subjective. OP didnt state what he wants to do with the car. Does he want the best ride? then its oem (In my opinion)

vague question/vague answer

So, its just a daily driver? If so then get the Sportlines and mate them to tokico blues/illuminas.

I ran the pro-kit with blues on 2 Integras and they were superb for daily driving. The pro-kit still leaves some gap, so in your case get the sportlines.

For $100 more you can get Progress CS II coilovers which are adjustable height and very good quality. Koni and Ground control are very common here as well.

As far as aftermarket springs Eibach is of the best quality.

Ksport and Raceline also makes some very nice and low cost full coilovers that ride really nicely.
