EG Fog lights Problem
Fog lights installed. Checked every DIY on the web and followed the instructions directly.
When I turn headlights on, then click on switch for fogs, the Gauge fuse blows (10a) #19 Fuse.
Check grounds- Grounded by main relay in cabin, and grounded to the bracket bolts underneath headlights. (also grounded as the installation stated and it still blew)
Check wires- All wires are good and not pinched.
When the yellow wire, which goes into the cabin to right above the fuse slot, is in the 4th from the left, it blows when the switch is pressed.
Update: Check all the grounds again. Everything is good. If fuse wire is connected to farthest left slot, lights remain on regardless. However it overheats the switch, cause smoke comes out.
When the yellow wire is in any other slot, the lights come on due to that slot always being hot, regardless if the switch is pressed.
Has anyone had these symptoms? Thanks in advance for any solution.

Re: EG Fog lights Problem
Pothole: It is yellow wire as you described. In the diagram in the link, if its in the white slot the fuse for the number 15 blows. In the purple slots nothing happens but if it is in the red diagrams, then it get hot on the switch and lights always stay on.
Thanks again for the comments pointed towards the solution, not away.

Re: EG Fog lights Problem
well the only option i could think of is hooking it into the headlight harness inside the car. find the power for the park lights, as their is a problem in the fuse panel. or as i did in my em2 hook into the power outlet.
