Default ECU Code help

My 99 Civic HX is throwing 2 codes right now, and it's keeping me from passing emissions. The two codes are:

P1298 Electric Load Detector (ELD) Circuit High Voltage
P1163 Air/Fuel Ratio (A/F) Sensor (Sensor 1) Slow Response

Is this an O2 sensor issue? If so, any way to tell if it's before or after the catalitic converter? Any help / advice is appreciated as the dealer wants $110 to just look at it. Thanks.

it would be your primary o2 sensor the first one, if its slow its goin bad, replace it!

not sure on the low detector, is your alt working properly?

Ok. I replaced my O2 sensor a few weeks ago, the secondary one after the CC. It was throwing different codes then. Any chance this would be related?

Also, I've had no alternator issues ever, so I hope that isn't starting.

Any advice on where to order the part online? Local parts shops want $370+ for one, and that seems just a bit too high.
