What kind of ECU do u need for a B16A to go into a 95 civic DX

the 92-95 del sol DOHC would def work. would i need to get it chipped or programmed

Don't the JDM ECU's have speed governor...need to change that.

you have to chip it or re-program it to get rid of the speed limiter. i believe a p28 would work as well as a p30, and i think there is one more, but can't think of it off the top of my head
