Driver Side floor gets wet when it rains?

Driver Side floor gets wet when it rains?
Ok, so I removed the driver side fender liner because it was already ripping because I was rubbing. I removed it, now I have water getting inside the driver side floor. I removed only the driver side carpet. I put undercoat on it, it rained again, and the undercoat didn't dry up. SO I put some pads on the floorbed. Somehow, water still gets in. Is it because of the fender liner? Passenger side doesn't get wet. Please help. Thanks. I heard it was the drain tubes, but before I removed the fender liner, no water was coming in.

Look for missing body plugs behind where rhe fender liner is. Or have a friend spay a hose in there with your head in there looking g for water coming in.

Car information is helpful. There is a TSB about body seam sealer missing but without the car year, model, trim information, can't say whether it applies to you or not.
Assuming it does.
Assuming it does.
