You can look for an ABS modulator in the engine compartment (box w/ the 4 brake lines coming out of it) or if it's the original cluster you can look on the cluster for an ABS light. If you can't tell if it's on the cluster shine a flash light on it, you'll see all the dummy lights clear as day.
My guess is no because it's a lesser model, but I could be wrong.

No, that is incorrect.
For '96-00, EX 4drs had ABS standard, but ABS was optional for certain years in EX 2dr, LX 4dr, and GX 4dr trims.
