DIY: 92-95 Civic Saggy Front Bumper Fix
There is probably already a walkthrough about this somewhere, but this is what I did for my car. Please excuse the filth.
My front bumper didn't hold too well at the fenders and I was sick of always tightening those plastic pieces that didn't really work. I went to the hardware store for some bolts. I used 5/16" diameter Grade 8 bolts with 1/2" heads with 2 washers per bolt and a nylock for the end. The bolts were a little too wide, so I would recommend going smaller than this for yours. Here it what I bought:
Old and Busted:
New Hotness:
Pretty easy little DIY but it really makes a difference in eliminating the gaps. I know the right side is a little crooked, but it's already been fixed. I just didn't feel like taking more pictures

For my ek rear bumper I bent the tabs up when it sagged. Also make sure you have the foam that covers the rear bumper support.

You still got some gaps on the passenger side. I've seen alot of people remove the impact beam and bumper brackets that go under the headlights, which causes the sags. Your driver's side looks perfect though. as for the rear bumper, just spend the $30 or so dollars on new clips and get another 10 years out of them. No biggie.
