Diagnostic Trouble Code P1359
I have a Honda Civic EX 2000. I've been having an issue with the engine turning off when idling to a stop. Last week I couldn't start my car. I suspected the battery died, so I recharged the battery via an external power source. I noticed the check engine light turned on. I took the car to a service station to test the battery. They diagnosed a dead battery and replaced it. The car now runs fine but still turns off the engine when idling to a stop. In addition, the check engine light remains on. I took it to the service station again, and they read the code "P1359 Mfr Ctrlled Ign Sys or Misfire." Does anybody know what that means and what I should do?

Man, there's a thread for this right up in the FAQ sticky, it has the codes, and diagnostics for them.
