Defi Air/Fuel Gauge--HELP NEEDED!
I tried hooking up my gauge, did the pink wire to Black on the O2 sensor, the black to ground, red to the red on the CD player and orange wire to the Illumination wire on the CD player, I didnt use the white wire at all. So the gauge DOES NOT light up at all, and ONLY turns on when I turn the lights on. WTH did I do wrong? HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

so you do want a light show? that gauge is going to just swing from lean to rich... back and forth... back and forth... and not give you any concrete feedback from what your ecu is seeing.
i would not hook the gauge up to the radio... what if you want to turn your radio off? that's a hack job right there.
wire it to your ignition so it turns on when your car is on. the gauge probably needs a +12V power and ground. another thing you can do is wire the light in the gauge (orange wire?) to the illumination wire under your steering column. so the light on the gauge turns on when you turn your headlights on. that is how i would do it...
you also need to splice the sensor wire into the o2 wire near the ecu. im assuming you have an obd1 civic? 93?

DUDE I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THE WIRE COLORS ARE. THAT'S YOUR JOB.
the +12v power is usually a big white or yellow wire under your steering column. lemme look it up in an fsm and ill get back to you on the illumination wire too.

alright... you want the power wire for your gauge lights hooked up to the red wire plugged into the top of your fuse box. there's 3 plugs set up in a triangle and you want the left most one. looks to be 14 wires in that plug.
as for power, wire the gauges power wire into black yellow on the right side of the fuse box. it's a 5 wire plug...
i cant scan the pictures but hopefully this is enough info to get you started. i still dont see the point in hooking the gauge up. it'll just annoy you :/
