Default 93 civic cut out issues
I got a 93 civic ex with a y8 head and a z6 bottom end with a port and polish stage 2 cam in the head ...It will not let me go passed 3500 rpm it cuts out ... I heed to know why ...thank

Is the mechanical timing set correctly? Is the ignition timing set correctly? Any CEL codes?

yes it runs good up til 3500 rpm cut out
