Default d16y7 block d16y8 head

will it fit and would it make a different doing that swap or just stay with the d16y8 motor. and if the vtec will open on the d16y7 block with the d16y8 head.

damn whats with these people and not searching today?! yes it will fit. it is called the Mini-Me conversion. yes the VTEC will engage if you use your P2P or a P28 ecu. IMO, you're better off just staying with the d16y8.
