Default D15b7 overheating.

I've done my research and haven't found anything that pertains to what I'm dealing with.

Thermostat Changed out
Radiator Switch Changed out
Brand new radiator
Radiator fans switches on at Idle.

My problem is when its at idle and the fan kicks on. The temp starts rising above the half way mark. As soon as it shuts off the needle slowly goes down. Car stays at normal temp while moving. The fan is turning at the correct direction. Also the car overheats while the AC is running. Im a bit frustrated and not knowing what else I can do to fix this.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated or if anyone has run into the same symptoms. What did you do to fix this?

Thank you.

The usual culprit: air in the system. Don't see where you mentioned it was bled. Burning coolant?
