Ok guys here is where I'm at. My d16z6 went down and right now i dont have the money to rebuild it. I do have a fresh D15B7 that i just rebuilt that i have decided to put in my 95 civic ex. using the d16z6 wiring harness because the b7s harness that i have is cut at the ect sensor and the tach sensor. first off is the z6 harness compatible with the b7? Also i have the engine in and upon turning it over im getting fuel but absolutely no spark anywhere. Im getting 12.6 volts with ignition on at the black/yellow wire. thats really as far as i have gotten. I should mention that I have a new cap/rotor and NGK v-power plugs, had a set of wires but they are the incorrect wires for the b7 so im waiting on a return with new wires. I tried grounding out the plug externally but with no spark still its leaving me scratching my head. Any and all help is GREATLY appreciated. Thanks guys
