D15B7 Crank Pulley
I know there have been thousands if threads on this and I apologize profusely, but I'm completely stuck.
Tried the Powerbilt tool and it didn't do anything; engine still turns with a breaker bar jammed into the driveway.
Tried a 1/2" drive impact wrench and the impact socket just spins on the bolt. It's a six-sided that fits snugly.
I have no idea where the "flywheel inspection cover" is and don't want to risk tranny damage.
Any ideas before I take an angle grinder to the $#%*ing thing in a fit of rage?
It's a '94 Civic CX 5-speed from Canada.

Yeah I'm thinking some bonehead before me tightened it on WAY past spec. The car is already in pieces (replacing head gasket) so I might call a mobile mechanic.
