Hello , i have a 3 stage vtec d15b jdm spec dual vtec motor running in my hatch with p2j ecu manual. I would like to know what spark plugs shall i use , It came with heat rated 5 but in the manual specs it states to use 6 rated. I cant find the proper infomation on ignition timing, car responds nicely but burning oil it could be something else but some people claim 16 and some say 12 can anyone chime in with some detailed info or past experinces on this Motor D15b , thanks

Use the plugs in the manual. Like the VX, parts supply places have the wrong info on spark plugs and give people the wrong plugs.
Ignition timing is 12. OBD2 D series heads use less ignition timing advance than older heads because they are a better design. Not that it matters to you. Set the ignition timing to the white mark on the crank pulley.

I'd be interested in finding that myself as I eventually want to get that exact motor.
