ok heres a dumb question what the heck is the diffence if it was a nissan lol id know but man i just wanna get my girls car to run she needs a new engine and i have a choice between d16 or 15 vtec i know more about b motors than d cuz we never work on those any help with the diffences or simalrites?

1.5 liter vs 1.6 liter, whatever you can get a better deal on. outside the are they same, inside they are slightly different. parts for the d16 will be a little more common, generally.

OK thanks man she wants something if it needs parts she can just order or got to dealership for so i take the the 16 would be better for her they use same engine mounts right?

i would go ahead and take the 1.6 liter

replplacement and aftermarket repair parts are more common, and if your girls wants that extra hp, there are alot of small mods other than turbo that she can do

OK cool shoot i made need a new engine myself d16 in burnin oil lol so i might just order us two enignes since shes payin lol any good websites we both dont trust junk yards and she has agreed to d16 vetc motor i would just put b18 or sumthing but we cant afford it since were both trying to moveout thanx for the help with the dmotors

I'd go with the JDM D15B vtec due to the more aggressive cam it has.

we both have 95eg coupes exs so we both have the vtec harness. and all the options sunroof power everything if that makes any diffences... any any websites to order from?

the d16z6 is the same as the d15b really. or d16y8 would be the only ones id mess with if ur stayin D...
