Not mistaken at all...Portflow does really good work. I haven't had anything done by them but I always read up how everybody loves their work and customer service 
but they aren't the only people that do good cylinder head work tho

I have a head that tom did and I would say that with a good set of cams I picked up about 30hp to the flywheel
