apparently the compression is too low for the motor to start, i added transfluid to the cylinders and it ran for about 20 seconds then fell on its face.
Leak down test show all cylinders are at a 80% loss, guess its just a done motor.

for future reference for anyone compression was 90 in all cylinders.
