Convert what?
If i am reading correctly, you want to covert your auto ecu to manual? If this is right, send your ecu out to a tuner to have him do a conversion. If you are wanting to convert from OBD2 to OBD1, you will need a conversion harness. Correct me if i read that wrong...

as far as I know, there is no way to convert OBD2 ecu's from auto to manual as of right now. I am sure there is a way to do it, but from my own experience and research noone has figured it out yet.

Re: (Relic1)
You need a OBD2a to OBD2b ecu conversion harness. Depending on where you're coming an going from.
Example:
1996-1998 Civic's are OBD2a
1999-2000 Civic's are OBD2b
As stated above, pinning is possible, but you're not going to find a DIY for that, mainly because the guys that do it wont give away their secrets -- instead they'll charge you for it.
