Why are you running your 500hp civic in the cold? i have a swapped del sol i wont even run in the cold. Regardless, just do a quick check of all the normal things, (battery voltage, starter draw) But usually, older cars just take a little more to start up, especially heavily built motors.

Anyway, it's cold out. Your motor is "built". It's fine. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Re: Civic has a hard time starting?
large injectors? probably
tuner probably used the injector modifier to make changes across all your tables to cut down the fuel at low/no throttle.
easy fix? yes! stuff a sock in the intake when you go to start it.. should help a little. or use starting fluid.
or change tuning to dump more gas at really low air/engine temps.
or just deal with the fact that it takes a few cranks to get the injectors to make enough of a gas puddle to allow enough burnable vapor to build up and start the car.
