CEL 9 CYP - cylinder sensor
Getting CEL 9 on my 99 si, car runs fine other than a stutter when giving it throttle from idle, not really missing just hesitates and sutters. And occasionaly it will sutter when pulling up a steep hill in too high of a gear.
I can usually turn the key off and back on a few times and it will run fine with no stutter.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
Thanks

Unless you have a bad wire between a distributor sensor and the ECU, you'll probably need to replace the distributor housing to fix the problem.

Re: CEL 9 CYP - cylinder sensor (RonJ@HT)
I put a new distributor on and it didnt help the problem, but since I was tight on money on the time I took it off and put my old one back on.
Any idea which wire it might be for that sensor?
