CEL 10 and no bottom end..
I got a 95 civic Vx with a B18c1 swap. Everyting seems to be running good except it is still throwing CEL 10 and i cant seem to get rid of it. i have tried everything and it is still there. Also the car seems like it lags alot of bottom end power. Once Vtec kick in, it feels normal, but up until that point, it feels slow. . any ideas?

What is the IAT resistance when the engine is cold? Does it match the ECT sensors resistance (cold) as well?

Re: CEL 10 and no bottom end.. (B18C1 Civic EG)
My friend has a 1992 VX w/96B18C1 swap and he has had a CEL for the past 5 years. He ran a 14.2 with just the basics so it hasnt really hurt him. Two of my other friends also have had CELs forever w/o any side effects. One was a 96B18C1 in a 96 EX coupe and the other is a 95 Civic EX w/ a Greddy Turbo kit. I would maybe try running on the dyno and seeing if your car really is making less power on the low end. By looking at the power curve you should be able to tell if you have a problem.
