Car won't start

Car won't start
I can turn the key and here the starter turning. I can listen to the full pump pumping gas at the gas cap. I have replaced the fuel filter, distributor, and rotor as well as spark plug wires and plugs. I have also replaced the ignition module. Any thoughts on why it won't start. The battery is still putting out a little over 12 still. My check engine light is not on. So, will there be any codes? I am getting close to having the car towed to a shop. I really don't have the funds to do that. Thanks, for the help.

check if you have spark. if its still not starting if you do have spark, then you dont have compression, check if you have compression with a compression tester, or maybe your firing order it wrong. Iunno, doesn't hurt to double check everything to if your getting fuel, spark, and compression.

Any good ways of checking the main relay? I have the cover off of the main relay. I noticed on a couple of the soldering joints i do have little brown circles around them. From what I have read it could be a bad relay. The car worked fine. I went and picked up kids from school. I went to start it an hour or so later and it wouldn't start. The inside of the car was hot from the heat?????? The car is a 1996 honda civic

Just to update everybody. I now know it is something electrical. I am getting no spark. I tested the main relay and it is giving me 3 clicks. I also put my neighbors code tester on there. There are no codes. So that being said. I have replaced spark plugs, spark plug wires, distrubutor and rotor and ignition module. The fuse label IG under the hood is good as well. I know the rotor is rotating so that means the cam shaft is rotating so timing belt is still in place. I replaced the timing belt back in the winter. I appreciate any help!!! I am going to test from distrubutor to end of spark plug to make sure I don't have any out of the box failures. Thanks again.

12v relay - apply voltage across the relay coil pins and then check continuity over the relay contact pins. If you have a service manual it will help with what pins are what. You should get a cheap multimeter if you dont have one. Get a manual if you dont have one it will help save lots of your time. Good luck. ps, other way, change relay, see if it works. (you wnat learn this way though)
