car won't rev
car won't rev past 3500.
I have a 96 hatch with an obdI b16a2 in it. I have the harness to switch it over to obdI. The car has been running fine, but now it won't rev past 3500 rpm. Checked the ecu and it is fine. Car goes lean when it hits 3500. The fuel pressure rises until it hits 3500 rpm. If I down shift and it is past 3500 rpm it is dead. I also checked the fuel pump and it still works. If anyone has any suggestions please tell me. Thanks

um why dont you check the throttle cable to see if it can function throughly or if it has sludge on it. It may require cleaning or replacement.
Id check that b4 I got concerned, cus reving is direct result of throttle response right?

the throttle cable is fine and i have changed the fuel filter
my air/fuel gauge goes completely lean and my car will start popping at 3500
