Car is jerking, HELP ASAP Please
Ok, so yesterday morning I got into my car and was driving to work. While going down the road, when I get to around 3k rpms, in 1st-4th the car starts jerking terribly bad and everything. It will go past 3k rpms, but it gets worse. I really need to get this fixed because it is my Daily atm until I get my wifes car finished. It was fine the night before when I drove it home, just seems wierd to get up and the car be doing this now.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Everything was the same as it was the night before, just jerking now.

How old is the fuel filter. It may be clogged.
Do you have a dead cylinder? Test by unplugging each injector clip one at a time.
Also inspect all ignition components, fix the knock sensor code, and check the mechanical timing.

Also, I have a 00 Si gauge cluster in my car and my wife just told me that when she was driving the Maintenance Required light was blinking.

Not sure how to interpret the effect on unplugging the fuel injector. Might that just be a coincidence?
I mentioned the fuel filter because, if clogged, it would have increasing negative effects on performance at higher engine rpms. Replacing the fuel filter is relatively inexpensive and easy to do. Otherwise, you could measure the fuel pressure and test the FPR while you are at it.
Testing for a dead cylinder is also easy to do.

Well, I found out what it was. The fuel line was kinked and had a leak coming from it. I got a new one put it on and the car is running awesome now.

It was at the top of the fuel line, on the other side from the fuel rail. It was from previous work, when the motor got put into the car. I replaced it with a new one and no more kinks are in the line.
