Default Car idles down when brakes applied

Hey guys I have a 1994 civic with the d16z6. My car idles extremely low when I apply the brakes at a red light or stop sign. I know this is normal to an extent but it is idling lower than I believe it should. I checked all of my vacuum lines and I can't find and broken or damaged lines. I also pulled the hose off of the booster to check for brake fluid and its clean. Any ideas? Thanks

Sure it;s not the lights putting more then regular strain on the battery? Have you load tested the alt & battery?

If you feel it's excessive the down in the idle when press the brake. i.e. almost stall or shaken.

Perform a brake booster vacuum test, the lack of fluid not means you can't have a little leak.
