a/c doesn't seem as cold
so my ac in my hatch doesn't feel that cold. I have it set on coldest temp. but it feels like it's not as cold as it should be. in all the other cars I've been in, their ac is ice cold and cools the car up real quick. mine takes forever and the heat from the windshield overpowers the cool air. any help..living in texas with shitty ac=

time for a recharge by a professional shop
is your ac compressor working fine?
or maybe leaking somewhere?
have u ever disasemble the ac components before?
if u do..maybe u need a ac dryer/receiver.
i had the same problem too.but turn out i need a
new ac dryer/receiver.

if you have a set of a/c gauges, check your pressures to see what you are looking at and if they are where they should be.
if you know enough about the system, you can tell what the problem is just by the readings.
as for just buying a can of refrigerant and throwing it on the car is stupid. absolutely retarded.
as for the OP: Honda's A/C system isn't that great, especially when comparing it to other manufacturers. Especially being Tejas, and being hot outside, it only cools so much.
get a friend to check it out, or take it to a shop to have it diagnosed/fixed.
