a/c compressor goes off and on while im in the freeway
been noticing when i turn on my ac it works great until i get on the freeway. While crusing on the freeway normal speed limit which is 65mph, I notice my compressor goes off for a few seconds and comes back on, and when it comes back on while im crusing on the freeway, i can hear a squeek from my ac belt, it's kinda like the compressor is not spining fast enough to catch up with the cars Engine when the clutch grabs and spins the compressor, so it creates a squeek from the ac belt. could it be my ac compressor clutch relay going out?

thats normal, thats your compressor cycling... replace your belt and tension it correctly to eliminate the squeak.

The squeak, though, could definitely be a sign that the belt is too loose or glazed.

Your A/C system has high and low pressure sides and, to diagnose A/C problems, you need to make pressure measurements from both sides. You can purchase (or possibly rent) A/C manifold gauges that hook up to the low and high side A/C nozzles under the hood, thereby allowing you to obtain high and low side pressure measurements.

Although the precise cycling time interval would depend on the outside temperature, running for 20-30 seconds and off for 20-30 seconds seems more normal. You mentioned cycling on and off every few seconds, which I think is abnormal.
