brake squeal! AHHHHHHH
99 civic.. i changed my pads and rotors (brembo blanks and hawk hps pads) maybe a month ago, and for the first two weeks its been great.. now its squealing when i give it about 10-15% brake (only the right front is doing it).. if i'm coming to a stop and and slowly press the pedal, it'll squeal.. if i get deeper in the pedal it won't.. i let go slowly and the squeal comes back.. sometimes it also squeals when i'm off the brakes.. i can hear the high pitched noise, it happens at random.. also now when i brake its starting to vibrate like the rotors are warped..
i put a bunch of anti squeal and that doesnt seem to work.. i also bled the brakes.. and greased the slides.. i checked it today and it seems the left front rotor is wearing correctly, and on the right front you can still see the cross hatching.. on the inside of the rotor it is smooth.. backing plates don't look like they touch..
any ideas? caliper?

this happens no matter if its hot or cold.. i have the hawk hps pads.. if it was cheap pads wouldnt both sides squeal? this only happens on the right side..
