Default Bouncing Idle question

Hey guys, yes I am new to the board but not to cars or Honda so please no flames.
I have a probelm with my idle. It bounces very quickly usually between 1250 and 1750. When it is cold it idels at around 2000 for a minute or two before it starts bouncing. To me this sounds like a TPS problem. However, I tried to switch switch the TPS sensor and it was worse. Is there a certain position the sensor has to be in?? Any help would be much appreciated.

u need to check ur vaccumm hoses throughly i think a good way to do it is spraying carb cleaner or gas on them one at a time if u get a response u should replace that one... i had a eratic idle problem a couple of times, first my IACV was out u should check that... second the thing under the throttle body im not sure the name of it but its gotta plunger in it that sometimes loosens over time and that will cause it... and 3rd i broke my evap purge valve on the back of the intake manifold the nipple on the sides made out of plastic and someone messing around my car knocked it and broke it. check all those if u dont understand or know what im talking about get a haynes manual or do a search for
IACV, looping idle, evap purge valve... etc i searched for hours and replaced lots of my vacumm hoses and sensors before i found what it was. also i think the Intake manifold gasket or throttle body gasket going out can cause it... removed either latly?
