Default bogging issue

When my car is cold and I hit the gas the car would bog a bit on saturday I did the seafoam to a vaccum line and I poured some into the gas. The car idles better but it still bogs a lil bit when cold. The next day I leave work and I turn on the car on and I notice a big *** cloud of white smoke coming out through the exhaust I was like ok? After leaving from work I went and changed the spark plug wires and cap n rotor cuz I never changed it. Now the car when its cold its heavily bogging to the point where it feels like its going to turn off. Some people have told me that the bogging could be that I have a bad chip on the ecu but why when I changed the wires cap n rotor it started bogging more? And the smoke coming out the exhuast is that just the seafoam in the gas?

Sorry for all the questions but I really need help and this is all on a b16a2 in the 96 civic ex. Thanks for your time

It doesn't bog when its warm. It just has always had bad throttle response.
