Default Best way to remove outer tie rod?

Off a 92 Civic. It is rusted bad. I see there are hex patterns for wrenches on the outer and inner rods but it is so rusted, I can't break it loose. Should I remove the whole tie rod? If so, please explain how, I have never done it. There's no engine in the car so I can easily get to the steering rack. THanks

One way that always works is getting the nut red hot with a tourch, after that soak the nut with water as fast as possible. The chemical change in the metal breaks the "stuck" molecules apart making it very easy to loosen the stuck nut. Afer that spray pb or some other lube over the threads to make it easy to remove.
