Best swap?
It's going to be my daily driver, but I also participate in 1/4 mile races. Wonder what would be a better choice for a pocket size of 10Gs? Help me out with price-wise with your choice please. Thanks.
P.S. I'm dropping it in a 5th gen EG, aiming for 11's or less.

b18c1 with turbo... that will most likely be more reliable than the others... but it all depends how u build it... at least with this setup... u wont spend 10g's so u'll have money left over for when it does break (and it will)

I have a chance to drop in a j-spec h23 vtec into my civic for less than your standard b18c from the salvage yard. should
i go through with it, and if so, what kinda difference should I notice going from a 1.6 vtec to the j-spec h23. btw, it is going into a 98 civic coupe with other wise after market stuff consisting of air flow (i,h,e) and 2.5 drop
