check your axle nuts; see if they're loose.
If they're loose, the wheel shakes and you might even get a squealing noise while braking. If your wheel only shakes while braking, then your rotor(s) are possible warped and need to be turned.
if thats not the case, see if any of your suspension parts are loose and get an alignment done.

Re: Bad shaking in h22 eg (Katman)
I have checked the suspension and the axle nut. i also had an alignment about 3 weeks ago. all of that was good. I know that my rotors need turned but that wouldn't make it shake in a curve, even when you dont hit the brakes. Some people said that my car my be to low. It's lowered about 2 or 2 1/2 inches.

besides axle bindage, you might have a bad wheel bearing that will definitely cause wheel shake.
To check the wheel bearing..
put your hands at the 10 & 2 o' clock position on a wheel, then move it foward and back, if you feel some sort of loose play/movement then the wheel bearing is more than likely the culprit.

actually depending on how bad the rotors are warped you could still have a vibration in the steering even while not braking. oh yeah, have u had a goood balense on your tires?
