i would use a B16 head and your redline depends on your ECU. stock bottom end should hold up to 8.5K but your valve trans wont hold that high of a rev, im not sure how much the valve trans could go.

7200 RPM unless you want to spin rod bearings. You're going to need ARP rod bolts if you want to reliably rev any higher.
