Icon2 B18B1 in Del Sol - misfire problems

So i recently got a 93 del sol with a b18b1

It doesn't have a 02 sensor (I believe i found the 4 pin wire in the back rather than the front?)

the sensor that turns on the fan is cut (red and green wire (correct me if I'm wrong)

and its missing the tbody screw for the idle

BUT HERES MY PROBLEM:
When its cold it takes a couple trys to start. I had around 4-5psi of vacumn at idle. It misfires on take offs, but once i get moving or it gets warm it runs perfect. The car is running super rich also, I smell the fuel.

What I've Done So Far:
Cleaned the IAC, & FITV

Any suggestions, comments, concern? Please help Im not a honda guy at all, i been building small block chevys for years.

I can post a video of the way the car runs and acts if necessary

Welcome Fellow Del Sol owner! LOL

What ECU is installed in the car,

Is there an O2 sensor before the cat, in the exhaust pipe, behind the engine?

For the screw for the idle adjustment, are you talking about the air bypass screw on top of the TB or the screw the actually moves the throttle plate.
You really need the screw that goes into the top of the TB.

For the fan switch, are you referring to the sensor on the thermostat housing or on the side of the cylinder head?

For the ECU, there should be a sticker with a barcode on the side. Should say something along the lines of 38420-p75-aXX. The BWR is just a Blackworks Racing Cover.

The Coolant sensor needs to be hooked up. Along with the O2 sensor. The Coolant Temp sensor, the one on the side of the head, does not control the fan, it is used by the computer to help determine the a/f ratio. And of course the O2 contributes a lot to that as well.

Does your temp gauge work? If the computer see's a low engine temperature, it will start to dump more fuel into the engine.

Do you know if the ECU was chipped previously? Being that the engine was swapped, it most likely was, though not necessary.

Well my fan doesn't come on at all but my temp gauge stays right in the middle. it heats up and cools down, so i imagine its functioning properly. the one wire sensor in the side of the head is hooked up. the one that isn't is the 2 pin sensor.

But yeah i have to figure out, which wire goes where on the sensor. Im going to take a trip down to Riverside (my auto parts store) monday and pick up that 02 sensor. Are the wires orange yellow white and (blue or gray?) i believe on the pigtail on the harness side.

The car is running super rich. I can smell unburnt fuel 75% of driving hahaha. Even with it running like this, the gas mileage is still double my 01 Blazer. =]. But I am unaware if it was chipped, it was never mentioned to me. I found a new throttle body and b18b1 ecu in CL for $40 just to start with a fresh slate incase it is chipped or what not. It does have a golden eagle fuel rail and pressure regulator running 45-50psi at a idle at 1200rpm (no idle screw in t-body). Is that Normal?
