Default b16 headgasket for boost

Did any of you b16a boost guys use a thicker headgasket to lower compression. Is the amount lowered even significant enough for it to matter? Did anyone use a thinner gasket to raise compression? I plan to boost my b16a and am going to be putting on a fresh headgasket/arp studs/t-belt and the works but was wondering if any of you guys bothered with a thicker/thinner gasket than stock.

a b16 doesn't have that much of a high compression. if you lower it your compression it wouldn't hurt.

i just know its high for what people typically use for boost. I just didnt know if it would be enough to really benefit. Higher compression will help to get the car moving when not under boost, so i was wondering if the trade off is significant/worth the extra money to get a thicker head gasket.

if your going boost, use an oem honda headgasket, my friend nick used copper spray on it, and his headgasket has been holding 20-30 psi for nearly a year now
