Default B16 Distributor FSM procedure testing question

2000 Civic Si EM1

The car decided to die.

Traced no spark condition back to the igniter.

I am following the FSM procedure, but electrical work is not my strong point.

The FSM says to check for continuity between the BLU1 wire and the tachometer connector. Where is the tachometer connector? Is there only one wire going to it?

The FSM says that if the tests succeed, then replace the ICM. However, other sources say that the actual problem could be a crank position sensor malfunction. Should I test this before replacing my igniter?

I have one trouble code 61 for primary o2 sensor.

After the car died, I was able to start the car back up once, but as soon as I gave it a little gas, it died. Since then it cranks, but no start.

Thanks guys.
Jason
