--anyone tell me what kind of wiring harness this is?

all i know is that it's OBD-1....just wondering what car its from?

i found this in my garage..and i think i remember...its a dash harness??

looks like a dash harness for civic hatch... since it was made in canada.... whats that a boot, eh?
