anyone have hookup for Del Sol weather strip?
Does anybody know where I can get a deal on weather strip for my Sol, the Targa is leaking bad and so does the trunk. I have already tried tightening my doors, but it still drips. Thanks -j

There isnt much, but if you loosen the hinges up front just a little you can get about a 1/16 inch of movement out of it. You dont want to fully loosen them, but just enough to allow the door to move under force so that it holds to where you move it to. You can get a slight bit out of the door strike also.
As for dealers, their prices are nasty, but thanks for the link.

I finally gave up on replacement, its just too much money for a piece of rubber. I took a tube of black RTV silicon and just rubbed it across the seal, just enough to coat it. After a couple of hours of drying i lightly dusted it with baby powder so it wouldnt stick too hard when the window goes up and down and so it would blend in more with other rubber on the car.
