thats what i figured, they are angled slightly different. i cud make the civic one work but it would probably look funky. so do the s2000 cruise control buttons plug up? or do i need to chop the plug to make it work?

You need to use the s2000 plug on the civic harness. There was a thread a while back on how to de-pin the plug and change the wires around to make it fully functional with no cutting / soldering. I have done this on my 99 si - I'll try and find the thread since I don't remember the pinouts.

If you look at my above post I uploaded two PDF files. It lists the pinout for both connectors and all you have to do is match them up correspondingly.

In other words, the Civic one went:
1) Ground
2) Output #1
3) Output #2
4) Blank
5) Blank

S2000 went:
1) Output #1
2) Blank
3) Ground
4) Blank
2) Output #2

So depin both connectors and then take the civic pins and match them up to the s2000 pinout provided for the connector, make sense?
