Security Engine immobilizer
My Honda Civic 2000 has an aftermarket security installed on driver side near steering wheel. Yesterday some unidentified person tried to steal it and the security system stalled the vehicle and theives couldn't take the car. But problem is that even I am not able to start the car. Batteries are ok. But the ignition switch does not accepts my key no. My original key goes in perfectly, but I am not able to rotate the key to start position or crank the engine. Whats the solution? Can I do it myself or will I have to tow the car to a garage?
