Dear RonJ@HT,

Would you be able to inform me on how/what/when this circuit works?
are you able to upload the connector?

I am at work right now, but I'll do test tomorrow. Also, I appriciate your help - Thanks!

Not sure how those^ two diagrams help you.

Here's the detailed fuse 31 circuit:

As you can see from the circuit above, there is only one intermediate connector (C131):

You can also try disconnecting C131 to see whether it prevents fuse 31 from blowing.

This is the test I wanted you to do:

Did you do this exact test?

Maybe I did not mention it but with all disconected there is still short to ground on the fuse.
I'm not confident that you did this^ short test correctly. Unplug all three components again, as well as connector C131 (see below), and then crank the engine for 30 seconds to see whether fuse 31 blows. Post the results.

After about 1 week of chasing it, I figured it out.

The engene wiring harness, and the cab wiring harness, connedted so that the Blue/White wire was connected to a ground, (Broun/Black) so it wasn't going to the ECU. No wonder my car only started from the second crank, even if the first wasn't even a full turnover.

Thanks for all Your help!

Bellow if the picture of the plug where it has interfierd with a ground.

I think my problem has this kind of problem.

its a d16y7 engine and I've changed the Dizzy, mainrelay and it hasnt started.

and i checked my fuse box
and fuses 18,19,20,21 / 29,30,31,32
have no power in them.

and Now i see that 31 needs to be working, but can this mean that my ECM/PCM is bad or my integrated control unit is bad?
