96 Civic - No Start
My 96 civic won't start when it rains or is very humid It would crank, did some research found out about the main relay changed it out but no joy, if I turn the key on to start and let it sit for a min or 2 then I would hear the relay click and cel would go off then it would start fine. IT'S been getting worse and now the cel won't go off at all relay won't click. Changed rely again no joy?what send the signal to click it? ECU? Saw another thread about testing the ECU on a 94 integ, I'll try that I guess
