Default 96 civic - Bolt for lower left torque mount broke off in frame

I went to change the lower left motor mount on my 96 civic and I didn't think much of it but instead of bolts going into the frame it was secured with nuts while the bolt comes from inside the frame. I didnt ise much force at all and went to remove the nut and all it did was break the bolt free inside the frame so now when i turn the nut the bolt inside just turns aswell no matter what I do. Wondering if this has a solution easier than cutting into the frame to get a wrench on those bolts spinning inside the frame, if anyones had this problem before. Also now the nut/bolt combo just spins instead of being tight but they havent loosened and the mount doesn't move but its not tight like it was and im still driving the car, wondering if this is a bad idea...
