1998 Honda Civic driver side power window

1998 Honda Civic driver side power window
I have a 98 Civic that has power windows and when you roll it up, the back of the window pulls off the guide but the front of the window is still in its track. Does anybody know how you can fix this? I have put new regulators and motors in so that is not the problem.

the rubber weather strip is probably the problem. i had the same issue with my 00 si, and my cousin have it with his ex also.

Coupe or sedan?
Can you convince us that the installation was done correctly?
Did you align the glass as detailed in the service manual?
Did you lube the rubber side channels with silicone grease? Is the rubber strip or metal side channels damaged?
