95 civic ex with 97 gsr swap stumbles on acceleration?
i have a 95 civic ex with a 97 gsr swap and it stumbles on acceleration. it only stumbles if i press on the gas to fast. it does not do it when i accelerate slowly. it also bogs down or cuts off when i press the gas pedal too fast. sounds like its not getting any air. and it doesnt rev past 7000rpm. its also hard to start, but it idles fine. it idles right at 800rpm. i tried changing ecu's. tried a stock p28 and a stock p72. no cel's. also checked all the wiring. all of it is plugged up right and all the wiring is good. could anybody give me some advice?

i just put the swap in. basically everything is new, from timing belt to ignition coil. made sure timing was set to spec. one thing i didnt change was the fuel pump. it has the stock ex fuel pump. do you think its my ecu's. maybe both are fried? or maybe i need to clean the fuel system?
