Help diagnose my 1998 EX AC compressor sqeak *Video*
So here's the story on the AC. The car sat for 2 years until last summer. I got her going again, but the refrigerant was low. I charged it up and all was good for a few months. Then, my AC compressor started squeaking whenever it turned on and all the refrigerant seems to have leaked out. One of the following videos shows the compressor with the AC turned off and the other one shows the compressor with the AC turned on. It looks like the pulley/belt on the compressor is spinning slower when the AC is on.
Question #1. Does this sounds like the bearing is bad, or something else? Clutch?
Question #2. Will low/empty refrigerant cause noises like that?
Any other input/advice is appreciated.

squirt a little water on the belt with a squirty bottle
if that dont shut it up then it not the belt
id say bearings or ac clutch is slipping

After the first inspection, I thought the belt was tight. But after looking at it again, it does seem loose. I'm going to try to tighten it up and will report back...
